My reply, sent minutes ago

Dear Huirong Zhang,

I still believe there is a 40% chance that FINRA will process the dividend.
They may not have sufficient cause to deny the dividend.
They probably have lawyers looking closely at it now,
trying to figure out what is worse for them, to allow or not allow the dividend.

But if they do decide to not pay the dividend,
please do press release it, as well as the reason they have given.
So the shareholders can determine whether we should throw FINRA off a cliff or not.
Someone ought to sue them, me thinks.

And then afterwards, I have said this many times.
Settle with parent (if they are exiting)
Pay out the proceeds as a cash dividend.
You may not need the preferred shares anymore.

You'll have to disclose the high-value assets (5 plantations) one way or another.
Do it quickly. Very quickly.

My prediction is 0% chance, but more totally ineffective letters from shareholders to the company will be forthcoming.

Have any of the prior threats of shareholder lawsuits being filed resulted in an actual lawsuit? I said weeks ago those were idle threats that would laughed off by the company. Can anyone post a lawsuit filing to show I was wrong?

"and if after
their 90-day review process they reject our corporate action to dividend
our preferred shares we will continue to work diligently towards greater
revenues and earnings and eventually dividends." What does this imply? My interpretation is that nothing much will happen if preferred shares are not paid as dividend. Based on this statement my interpretation is that it is so much wishful thinking that we will receive a cash dividend of say between five and 15 dollars per share as a cash dividend. I have seen no indication that there is a lot of money waiting for us. My interpretation is that the preferred shares will have limited value if we receive them. I think it is very unlikely that they include the value of the plantations.

It may require us returning to SEC reporting status

What if they for some reason chose this path? How long would it take to become SEC reporting? How fast could it be done, if they have made preparations as a plan B, in case their plan A does not play out?
