From 75% to 10% to 40% now.

I think that is where we are now. 40% chance that FINRA will still process the dividend.

Personally, I think they have lawyers looking closely at it now.
The review period should be completed around Aug 5. IMO...

Dear Shareholder,

while FINRA is very slow to responding when we provide the further
details they request, we have no control over the process and if after
their 90-day review process they reject our corporate action to dividend
our preferred shares we will continue to work diligently towards greater
revenues and earnings and eventually dividends. It may require us
returning to SEC reporting status in order to be allowed to pay stock
dividends.
