I do agree with you on some points. We need more than words, and I think to get any reputable investor to take on this Reg A offer they would need to see something and need to the price to move.

The points you make could be said about any company in the OTC. There’s a reason they are not yet on bigger exchanges. There is more speculation / risk for companies down here, especially those trading below 0.01. The OTC is an exchange that offers high risk / high reward. IMO, the potential reward here greatly outweighs the risk. We will see if others agree soon enough.
