I am confident you have no idea but think you do. I have always tried to give input with explanation as to why, though welcome to take it or leave it. Not hear to advise to invest or not. When I see something that could be positive, I will say so. I said I saw the Regulation A as more good than bad. Trying to raise funds through a Reg A for small business can be positive. Just not understanding the $1.00. Guess that's Eric mind set, he's landed the scoop of the century and everyone is going to see it as that.

The thing is he can't forever sell how great it is with words, intrinsic value, strategic partners, collaborators, action team, joint venture partner, huge potential, Metaverse market here we come, and so on. He has been working the crowd into a frenzy and once in awhile, when one goes overboard like with that forecast of available target sales, saying so we can expect to see that in Q3, he makes sure to try to walk it back. Letting you that it could happen or none of it could. Quite the reliable project he presented. Do you really think he called the businesses and had discussions with them.? That would take several months.

So this Regulation A is a talking point now, but it will be in the rear view mirror soon as he awaits approval, a month? or so. Meanwhile we heard nothing if he incorporated a new subsidiary company. He said he was to receive the assets. Speaking of that, has he received them yet? Or is GT Health the new subsidiary company? It does not say so on GT.com, says joint venture partner. If should say Winning Brands is the parent company.

As days, weeks, months go, if the stock remains flat, more and more will be demanding more than his words. Not sure he can deliver much more than that for now. There hasn't even been much tweets of GT products being delivered lately.

Markets are down. Could be going towards a recession. Bad timing but things might get more tight with less spending.
