JJ, you ask the following: If we can at least get this first distribution right just know most details ANYONE comes up with will probably be wrong but here is a ten-thousand-foot view

In your opinion:
1. What will be the approximate recovery for the WAMU share holders who signed the releases?
I believe there may be a few buckets of returns over the next year or two once returns start, so let's just start with the first potential 20B return. I believe any and everything comes back at 75/25 and could ultimately be in the 100s of billions of dollars
In your opinion
2. Will it take few years or few months? See above
3. Will the recovery come in several installments ? See next
Each bucket of return will be emptied with the possible exception of Safe Harbor, BK Remote which may depend on a few things like meeting a possible threshold, and if commons get to continue to play and are not totally paid out as it is possible this is taken private
4. Will COOP shareholders benefit with recovery?
I believe the only way COOP shareholders (if they did NOT sign timely releases) will see anything is through appreciation in stock price which will be substantial over the years in my view if not taken private
You have been consistent with prospects of recovery which is now due anytime based on the new information.
Thanks in advance
