That would be great jeunke. Since Xena lives in Colorado, she might be able to inquire with her Senators offices, via their legislative staff to see if they have any insights. Otherwise, we need someone that knows close colleagues that still work/lobby on Capitol Hill. The House and Senate staff of Colorado might share some thoughts over the phone. Assuming it isn't earmarked in the bill or conference language.

Jeunke, $1 Billion to LWLG per Chips Act Tuesday, there would be a complete and undeniable validation of Foundry deals forthcoming, there is NO WAY that kind of money would be allocated unless LWLG technology was completed and vetted immensely to be the true Next-Gen technology that it is!!!

I had posted about this previously, so let's see what happens, some believe the delay in the GF Fotonix 1.0 was actually a delay caused by the Chips Act which was supposed to have been completed some time ago!
