BAsed on that logic the block buster lipitor would not sell well because of people who cant use statins

I'd much rather take the statin market than the statin intolerant market

However the buffoons should have had a statin intolerant branch in REDUCE IT - if results were better than statins .... they would have entered a monstrous market - if results were worse - well then its just a statin enhancer - there was nothing to lose ....
