I mean this is a far fetched idea, what he can also do is buy back shares but that can't happen without a lot of money, or have a private investor buy those shares and move them to restricted and locked for a year or two. Those are two more possible paths I can see. I have commented here before about how funding could be secured without it being toxic and I was laughed out, but here is the offering. Anyway, this is an offering, we need someone to take it.

I respect your input as well. I am not encouraging anyone to purchase this offering. Your still investing and betting on the acquisition to bear real success. I am likely the only to express concerns with it. Lately I have seen a few supporters expressing frustration and being impatient with one saying he was disappointed after much energy attacking me. If Eric does not start to transition from the PR pump talk to real meaningful info/action, more will get restless. He has been promoting almost promising like, and if he does not deliver with some substance and with Q3 numbers, people will start to jumping ship.

Anyway I don't know what he is going to do. Anything is still on the table as it all depends, dilution, reverse split, all tools available if needed.

It's good to be upbeat about your business but I think Eric is a bit of a dreamer, and no he is not Elon but I think he thinks he is the Elon of OTC at times.

I said this offering was not a bad thing, has more potential to be good, if successful, not going to say it's bad just to keep the negative satter reputation. I have said several times if Eric does good and I am wrong, for sure I will say so. So there is nothing wrong with trying to raise funds this way. Likely better than 3(a)10 debt settlement.
