I respect your opinion, so please give me an answer to this question: I could buy 1.5 million shares of WNBD for a $1,050. So why would I give Eric $1,000 to buy a 1,000 shares of preferred stock? So either Eric, who has been unsuccessful in 15+ years is suddenly going to turn into Elon Musk and run this stock up to a $1.00 a share, or he is going to do the mother of all reverse splits.
