Hi Tom:

I agree with your view on where we are & hope that we are potentially perfectly set up for busting the heavy resistance levels of $13.50 & the nearby 200 day sma, but so far no cigar!

As far as the market breaking down, I'll reserve judgment on that....

The smaller biotech stocks seem to be a better bet....
