And then there's DryWorld Industries, which actually owns the patents, the trademark, and manufacturer of the apparel.

It is not in discussions - it has reached an agreement. SMH!

It clearly states DryWorld Brands Inc. It reads as the three companies will be partners in DryWorld China, but that's how I read it anyway. Also, agreement in principle is as good as a letter of intent in my eyes. I don't believe it would have been put in the update if it wasn't going to happen. Also look at social media for the China operations, what is their handle now? Dyrworld China?? Read below, straight from the update.
