It clearly states DryWorld Brands Inc. It reads as the three companies will be partners in DryWorld China, but that's how I read it anyway. Also, agreement in principle is as good as a letter of intent in my eyes. I don't believe it would have been put in the update if it wasn't going to happen. Also look at social media for the China operations, what is their handle now? Dyrworld China?? Read below, straight from the update.

"Over the last 18 months, the Company has been communicating with the entities responsible for the Brands operations in the Chinese Market. The Company is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement in principle with the two entities to hold the trademarks jointly in the Chinese market and work together to maximize the brands potential in the region. The new entity will be called DRYWORLD Brands China and will include DRYWORLD Brands Inc., Brand Management Company of Hong Kong and Hafele Sporting Goods from the Fujian province."
