More importantly, it would not have been too much news if they could actually execute and follow through on initiatives and actually make those opportunities a success.

Ben and Roger are horrible at execution. They have lots of ideas but no clue how to put things into play within the company. Need to get finances in order to have a solid foundation to build up from. And hire a CEO!

Drag out announcement as long as possible
And let the news die on the vine - and not inform Minority SH of the 'failures'
Reward insiders with preferred and/or common shares

It's amazing how the company went from putting out too much information to not putting out enough. They just can't seem to get it right..
