No one! The scenario for Streeter to get discounted shares is for TLD announcement and an offering of shares to another party. Then they get a discount based on that offering price.
The discussion was if they claim TLD was not announced and make an offering to let’s say Bigger they can say to Streeter to go take a hike because they did not issue a TLD PR. I contend a scenario like this would end up in court.
