As you probably already know there's a bit of risk with this one as they've had some issues over the past several years. Also, there may be a merger coming up. No big red flags for me and a very nice dividend. I also own some risky high dividend stocks in my income portfolio but I keep them at 1% to 1.5% of portfolio total.
