Moving deal close date AFTER A/S R/S vote explains this drop.

They want to dilute out common shareholders BEFORE deal is closed. Why? They want to make money for themselves. Not for us.

You realize there is very very very little chance R/S in cancelled....and that 500 to 1000 RS will cause a 99% price drop?

You aren’t paying attention to the DD. RS must be complete before deal can be done, company always knew that was the case. Their are no catalysts due. RS cancellation will not happen due to the extreme debt the company is in and AS ceiling has been reached. AS increase with 1,000 to 1 RS will be done by early August at the latest, then dilution to satisfy debts will take place, after all that is complete company may survive, but I think it was a scam all along, so it probably won’t survive.
