Moving deal close date AFTER A/S R/S vote explains this drop.

They want to dilute out common shareholders BEFORE deal is closed. Why? They want to make money for themselves. Not for us.

You realize there is very very very little chance R/S in cancelled....and that 500 to 1000 RS will cause a 99% price drop?
