Why is this important ?

Because most in Cardiology don’t think the mineral oil used for over 1 yr in R-It was inert
Therefore they think the R-IT results were overstated ( at best ) …

Dr Bhatt acknowledges the changes in the MO arm but maintains the changes are to small on a absolute basis to effect the R-IT results

His position is that high serum EPA levels trumps all the potential negatives
