I don't have access to the legal support documents from the shares cancellation, but George's lawyer mentioned a letter they received after sending out demands of proof to all old shareholders. It was at the hearing on Monday, he mentioned an old $SRNW lawyer from past management sent a letter back, but nothing came of it I believe.
