NASDAQ and institutional investors are NaturalRedherrings to cover the R/S and make SHMP "investors" feel better while losing their investments. What SHMP needs is more authorized shares to sell to toxic financiers. The R/S will reduce the number of outstanding shares below the 640M or so that exist now, compared to the authorized shares of 900M. That's the way I see it.

Oh...and that contingency in the latest toxic financing agreement about NASDAQ looks good on paper, but it's a paper tiger, cuz SHMP is happy to pay the penalty while it fiddles and LaCosteUnknown burns.
