AZ, why do you think we have not benefited from the 90% rule yet. I believe you expected distributions by now. In your opinion, what is the hold up?

I reading that you believe the interest is "still owed" but nothing left in WMMRC. I was wondering if the "still owed" (I'm thinking of it as a bill that has to be paid) will ultimately be paid by some other means. Or can they just throw the still owed bill into the trash. Thoughts?
