Look for the 'escape clause' in every press release and everything Duffy the Fluffy has to say.

Everyone thinks he meant this week, yet wording of his press release in fact can suggest next week for he and Xeriant to deliver a firm date for the press conference.

Remember, the Flucker Ducker, in announcing delay, and then for eventual firm date after 4th of July, he referenced that the press conference was and had been tentatively scheduled. What an ass.
