Yes. There's trouble in Sarasota. the real question is: did he just remove his name from the list of board members at the Florida SOS, or did he--and the others--really leave the board?

The SOS doesn't demand that all board members be listed with them. But where does that leave the S-1 that hasn't been deemed effective? Does the company still have the kind and number of directors it claims to have?

Clarification is needed, obviously.
