Off a quick review, I think it just 50% of the votes that are cast, not 50% of the OS. But need to look at it closer.

W/o checking the law I agree: the logic dictate this ... I just quoted Denner ... :-)

Old yeller, Denner received close to 10% of abstained votes. I've included no votes in total calculations. After what he's experienced with alkermes i believe he is well versed in Ireland and UK voting requirements. If BOD of amarin doesn't agree to elect Denner to the board shortly I believe he will call a special meeting. He will hire a proxy solicitor to gain additional yes votes. It will happen it's just a matter of time.
