Well there is the possibility that Ben is setting up this e-commerce store and has cleaned up the financials for MCIC and is current ......so he can sell it all and get out ...to enjoy retirement and his grand kids......yet it may not be worth more then just a clean shell

A lot of time companies in the medical sector tries to buy PPE supplies from trusted sources like MCIC. Now, I could see places like Tuvalu, Somalia, Sierra Leone, or maybe Burundi possibly ordering their medical supplies off EBAY and not care. But most of the better developed nations have better supply sources these days than stupid Ebay.

A e-commerce site selling one product, with lots of competition, will take a long time to be successful, if ever. We know a clean shell is worth 300-500K. He really needs to significantly up his game, or bring in(merger) of something/anything!
