No, just more cart-before-the-horse spending. It's great, and again, we can GUESS that they hope to get approval. We all hope that. No TLD, No Journal, No notification of approval submissions, no ASM....but we are getting ready to manufacture?

hmmmm very interesting. So, I see why their PR yesterday said manufacturing and marketing approval are different; and we see one depends on the other and that is manufacturing. DI confirms it saying we get approval first.
