You've got it wrong. I"m very pro-shareholder - almost to a fault. I think it was disrespectful to shareholders for them to have awarded themselves those bonuses. That's my opinion. You reward yourself AFTER public proof of success, not before. And going to Nasdaq was not a result of success that was in the public realm..
