CEO arrested is Brian Cox of SurgePays Inc, the scam of nasdaq, that has no relevance to Xeriant or its CEO at all.

Definitely dilution expected here, but nothing like the scam SurgePays Its-Insiders, Inc. which has diluted 600% already since its 1:50 reverse split just last November.

Xeriant does not and will not dilute like that SurgeSkank Inc. scam.
