There is no way that LP would take a buyout at a number as low as $5 a share, and there is no way a BP will pay more than double the current price. It's said that LP wouldn't take under $20 a share, and probably wants more than that, if true, no buyout would be considered until our share price is at least half of what's being offered.

A partnership could come at a lower level, in that the partner will help the company to grow, and almost instantly will move the share price to what the partner pays. If we were at $5 I could see LP entertaining an offer of $10 for 10% of the stock in the company, possibly with options to purchase more at higher share prices once certain milestones have been achieved. Such a partnership would bring in substantial funding as well as expertise and support from the BP partner.

I tend to read a lot of yours and Judge's posts. How do you feel about the big red cloud he mentioned recently that is coming.
