How convenient and suspicious. Also this, "firefighting efforts were delayed due to a lack of fire hydrants in the area." I don't know about Texas, but in Michigan that will raise your insurance rates significantly. Why would someone build there?
I would think that a second fire in a short time period at a company that is up against the wall financially would merit an investigation. Especially right after huge insider bonuses and a free trip overseas. But that's just me. Like I said, I don't know how they do things in Texas.
