HDG, yes you are correct in the assumption about overseas shareholders do not receive the proxy vote. I recall jasbg not receiving one. Interesting.....So you're saying that as of the record date you were a shareholder? It's crazy and very skewed.
35k of those broker shares were mine, I think. I purchased that number between the record date and the last day to vote. My broker did not send me any proxy for those shares.
