None of the 900k shares have been issued and wont be until certain criteria is met

have not seen no 900k go threw

For ex, (i) the options arent exercisable until the various vesting periods are crossed over the next 3 years, (ii) then the options must be exercised into shares which is not going to happen until Elites share price is well north of the options exercise price and (iii) any other vesting criteria (such as no interruption in employment etc) is met.

So those shares have not been issued and stand a chance of never being issued
