Elite still has to award Bob Chen 900k shares,
Upon approval by the Board of Directors of Elite, Mr. Chen will be granted stock options to purchase 900,000 ELTP Shares. The options will vest over a threeyear period, commencing one year from the date of issuance. The strike price will be equal to the closing price of the Company’s stock as traded on the OTC
Bulletin Board (symbol ELTP) on the first day of employment

I'm not sure how this works, as have not seen no 900k go threw at at that stock price on his first day, two months ago, just wondering if they are keeping it low because Elite will have to make up the diff., from 5 cents to 3 cents , or possibly he didn't buy any stocks
