FYI that only happens to a minute number of OTC tickers.

I've seen no reason to believe the Chinese are working overtime to assure this becomes one of them.

When it happens, it's almost always a fleeting spike based on nothing more than a bogus PR and hype, followed by a massive plunge and scads of unhappy investors with much lighter wallets.
