Sure, if you’re looking for a quick pop / spike etc it could happen with the right news. Long term however, even $100 million in revenues don’t support a $1 billion evaluation/ PPS. If this company was even only slightly profitable and had decent revs I could say maybe $.20-$.25 but no way is it worth more without huge contracts.
