I respect those that prefer to wait, and personally who can really blame them. It is their money after all.

Prefer to wait for notification (8k) on lease signing, financing in place

The can risk 1000 dollars now and pick up a 1,000,000 shares

or they can wait for all the lease signing, financing in place and pick up 1000 to 4000 shares for the same 1000 dollars.

Putting themself in a higher risk if success is slow or doesn't happen and greatly reducing their reward if the company is successful..
