Many have saved tens of $1000's by waiting. Very good chance it will still years before the company (if it even happens) shows any significant revenue or profit. Texas is flooded with competition in the solar space.
Serious negative cash flow to revenue ratio for years now based on prior 10-Ks. And that was based on minimal revenues and expense when looking at company's historical financials. It will probably take significant additional cash to get anywhere close to profitability. 30 employees? Payroll? Rent? Utilities etc? That's where the Reverse Split might come in handy at the mercy of shareholders.
Just a matter of time if the "Don't mess with Texas" motto comes true while considering diving into a very crowded pool of big boys. My opinion is...I don't see it happening with any significance. Just use Durango, Mexico and Australian projects as a rule of measure when it comes to a very high probability of nothing happening within 2 to 3 years.
On top of all the speculation based on tweets, Reverse Split between 1000:1 and 100:1 and company's insolvency hanging over shareholders heads.
I see a lot of emphasis being shifted away from Snpw towards SPP. Read the 10-K where is mentions to the effect "a possible need to restructure entities" to survive.
