On the CRM side (Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle) your statement appears to be entirely accurate. Not much happening there despite years of promises.

The "successful" side of the business is what was purchased from Sound Concepts: creating tools for MLMs (aka pyramid schemes) to rope in more sellers (aka suckers) to hawk magic pills, potions and creams.

The latest Rory fantasy is to extend the MLM world into the mainstream, selling schlock jewelry, fanny packs and beauty creams using video and an easy way to "click and buy."

Isn't that what QVC, HSN and a slew of other companies have been doing for decades? What is unique about Verb Market that will allow them to build something successful in this already crowded space.
