The silence is intentional. Given that every PR has been used against them, why would NWBO issue any more? I would not.
Those demanding PR's or criticizing for not having issues one, well, they might be wanting to sell on the news.

The company has learned some harsh lessons and they are simply putting their noses to the grindstone and working towards the goal of commercial availability, not a journal IMHO.

I agree with Al Musella that Journal articles are not normally attached as a file in drug applications.
