IMO, GOOD NEWS would have been that the $GVSI Form 10 was refiled. I dunno about THIS news though. :-( But some with far more experience seem okay with it. (But some are okay with most ANYTHING that can be spun to look like a POSITIVE development! :-()

But what is different about submitting an application for "OTCIQ Access" THIS TIME as opposed to the LAST time, last year?

$GVSI's application to OTC Markets has now been submitted. The application was due by June 30th in order to ensure that disclosures could be reviewed by the September 28th deadline.

Before you ask that question, you better review the rules.

$GOFF $SRNW $GVSI update (kind of). I hate posting this, but I got to get y'all off my back. Fins for these tickers are ready. Waiting for access to OTCIQ portal. Spoke with Issuer Serv's at OTCM & they are piled on. Entire army working on apps & expect 4-6 weeks from submission

And we waited and he didn't seem to get that access. Then, at the end of August, GS tweeted this:

The process has begun to register $GOFF $SRNW & $GVSI as SEC reporters, as will be evident through 8-Ks & Form 10s, that are soon to be filed. This is for the benefit of the POTENTIAL acquisition targets who require funding options available specifically to reporting issuers.

I do believe that GS went the "SEC Route" because he couldn't get that "OTCM Access" last time he applied for it, no? (Or what other reason?) But now that SEC Route is out GS is going BACK to trying the OTCIQ Access Route which he didn't seem to get last year? (Oh, and if he is submitting an "application" can't it be denied? And, if so, then what?) But he never did say he didn't get that access. And it MIGHT have been for one or two of those OTHER tickers. Dunno.

But, anyhow, all the above might be moot if his legal team has done enough work so that THIS TIME the application will be accepted. Sure hope so!

Just asking questions and quite concerned.
