Wouldn't the first payment be due August 22, 2022 (no payments are due for the first 8 months of the loan)? In any case, they will need to start paying back the loan sometime after July 22, 2022. Perhaps they will be getting enough money from the U.K. Specials program, or from warrant exercises to cover expenses including this loan.
