If everything was doom and gloom, no one in their right mind would agree to take 15million restricted shares that they cant immediately sell...

The fact is we have so much potential that the risk/benefit is extremely worthwhile here so that person who agreed to take those 15m restricted shares sounds very bullish on the future of CLNV!! Maybe one of the investment banks in new york... hedge fund? Who knows this is BULLISH!
