I cannot agree with something that cannot be proven with any available data at present, or in the past.

The credible sites that show real short positions DID NOT show any shorting of any significance at the time of the Asher court ruling announcement. If it was shorted at the time, it was almost immediately covered.

I know there are a few who have *claimed* that they can short pink crap using Interactive Brokers... but any time I have ever looked to see if shares of a pink rumored to be shorted were actually available... NONE were. Or some useless quantity like 10k.

Additionally, it would have been illegal for MMs (who can legally short at times) to have shorted into the decline.
