dave and execs own --------- 30%
the 2 institutes listed own --- 17%

so the vote could be very close
yet it seems like the yes vote
has good odds to pass...

as of the moment my vote is no
but have to see what happens in july
leading up to vote

the company will need capital
have to see what their plans are
and how transparent they are
communicating that with us...
