He's just so way off on everything he says. Notice he did not mention the Milestone stock issuance plan that David Gets each time he reaches a certain milestone in the company, such as millions of shares given to him for getting on the Russell Exchange, so on so forth. There are many reasons why he wants to increase the authorized share count because if he does not, then he can't get paid
