VI this statement is completely without unambiguous meaning. Are you saying that no article has been submitted to any journal at all? Or that it has not been rejected by an/all journals to which it has already been submitted? Or that it has been submitted to and rejected by a few journals but some have not yet rejected?

No journal would reject 70 world class authors writing about a landmark trial that will change the future of oncology. Many will want to read about the trial. It will be very lucrative and prestigious to send this trial to print.
Moreover, if the firm was rejected they would have a duty to disclose this material information as they would need to tell us if DCVax could not be approved by regulators.
