I thought Lanza was banned from ever serving as an Officer or Director of a Public company?

Actually I am being factual. Also to badrguy, I do believe the SEC does not have restrictions on him, but that was told to me by another person who contacted them. Although, I do think he is reliable. But many of you are not paying attention to what is relevent and beneficial for BDGR. That is, unless you do not want that to be.
