The volume has been poor for a long time. It is now basically nonexistant. No one wants to buy because they have seen the "management team" accomplish zippo for investors in 3+ years.
Of course......and also Ben is as slow as molasses........yet there may be reasons for that.....he is getting up there in age....and locking in a merger was more difficult than he thought.............
