Iwanderer, I got the the June 17. correction were 'closing - that absentees were the same at 'voting against' - i di understand that much.

The logic consequence would be for shareholders to then change their vote to 'against' (or no) - but as I understand it big majority still followed Denner 'voting' ABSTENTIONS !

And the Question then are: What will Denner and other retail investors achieve in doing that ?

I think Sleven gave the correct answer !
