I'm confused about this patent. Paresh hasn't worked for Amarin for close to 10 years I think. Is this a patent that is just getting approved?

Frankly I'm not sure of the value to AMRN of any new parents in the US. The US courts are likely to void them if challenged.

It seems like the foundation for new patents isn't stable and may not even exist at all.
